Concrete Sealingdone properly.
Cleaning and sealing sound concrete, which is often the right answer instead of a tear out.

OnCall cleans and seals existing concrete as a standalone service. A patio that is structurally sound but dull and porous usually needs sealing, not replacement.
Ask this before you accept a tear out quote
Freeze and thaw is what damages concrete in central Indiana. Water enters the surface, freezes, expands and lifts the top layer away. Sealing is the defense, and a slab that is still sound but looking tired is frequently a cleaning and sealing job rather than a replacement.
It is worth having somebody say that out loud before you accept a quote to remove it.
On a cycle, not once
Sealer wears. How often it needs redoing depends on exposure, traffic and which sealer is on there now, and you will get a real answer for your slab rather than a generic interval.
Which sealer, and why it matters
Film forming and penetrating sealers do different jobs. A film forming sealer gives the wet look and the color pop on stamped work and needs redoing more often. A penetrating sealer protects without changing the appearance much and lasts longer.
What is already on your slab dictates what can go on next. Putting the wrong product over an existing sealer is how patios end up cloudy or peeling, and it is worth ten minutes of looking before anybody quotes.
How concrete sealing gets quoted
Concrete Sealing is measured on site. Grade, access, existing conditions and the things behind the walls all change the number, and none of them are visible in a photograph. Cory walks the space, works through the design decisions with you, takes the dimensions and sends a detailed written bid rather than a range.
Follow up runs on a schedule so nothing sits: twenty-four hours, seventy-two hours, then one week. A signature and a deposit put the work on the calendar. If something is found once a wall or the ground is open, it is priced and agreed before it is built rather than appearing at the end.
Where OnCall does this work
Concrete Sealing is available across the twelve communities OnCall serves: Fishers and Geist, Noblesville, the Morse Reservoir area and Cicero, Westfield, Carmel, Zionsville, McCordsville, Brownsburg, Greenwood and Indianapolis itself. The radius is set by drive time rather than by a county line, so if your town is not on that list it is worth asking rather than assuming.
OnCall runs four categories and turns down anything outside them. No car chargers, no full kitchen remodels, no pools. That is a deliberate decision about margin and risk, and it is the reason the work inside those four categories is good. There is a vendor list for the rest, offered once you have a reason to trust the recommendation.
Questions we get asked
Can you seal a patio you did not pour?
Yes, that is most of this work.
Will sealing fix spalling?
No. Sealing prevents it. Once the surface has lifted, that is a different conversation and you will get a straight one.
Need concrete sealing?Send it over.
Photos and a short description are usually enough to get a real number back.
