What areas does OnCall serve?
Greater Indianapolis: Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Geist, Zionsville, McCordsville, Brownsburg, Greenwood, Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Send your zip code and we will confirm.
How does pricing work?
Handyman services are priced flat by the service, starting at $249, and small projects may be quoted remotely from photos. Larger projects get an onsite consultation and a written itemized bid, and you review the quote with us before anything is scheduled.
What happens when I call OnCall?
Tell us your home needs, we build the right scope, you review the quote with us, we schedule and handle the project, and we finish the OnCall way: clean up, walkthrough, touch ups, documentation and warranty. The full process is on How OnCall Works.
Are you licensed and insured?
OnCall works as the general contractor and partners with a licensed electrician, plumber and HVAC professional for projects that require permits and their services.
What warranty comes with the work?
Eligible work is covered by OnCall's standard workmanship warranty of one year from substantial completion. The details are in our terms.
Can I send photos instead of scheduling an estimate?
Yes, and for handyman work it is the fastest path: many handy projects don't require an onsite estimate. Send a few photos and tell us what you need.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options are available for qualifying projects through an independent third-party provider. See financing.
Do you handle projects outside the four divisions?
OnCall focuses on handyman services, drywall and paint, interiors and outdoor living, and does that work to one standard. Tell us what you need and we will point you in the right direction either way.
