Why the standard exists
Nearly two decades in and around people's homes taught Cory the same lesson from every direction: the difference between a good project and a bad one is rarely the craftsmanship alone. It is whether the scope was clear before the price, whether the home was protected while the work happened, whether anyone documented what was done, and whether the company picks up the phone after completion.
Those expectations became The OnCall Standard: the standard Cory and Kim would expect for their own home and the one they believe every OnCall client deserves. Each division carries its own edition of the standard, tuned to the work: the Handy Edition, the Paint Edition, the Interiors Edition and the Outdoor Edition.
The warranty behind it is written down too: eligible work is covered by OnCall's standard workmanship warranty of one year from substantial completion, detailed in our terms.
